Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option you select. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Europe: 3-5 business days
International: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing times
For express shipping, select an expedited option at checkout. Additional fees may apply.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. During peak times, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed along the way. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
Returns
Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Please note: Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Return shipping costs may apply, except in the case of a defective item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We’re happy to assist with exchanges if you’d like a different item or size. Please follow the return process and indicate that you would prefer an exchange. We’ll guide you through reordering the correct item.
